3 delicious "Recipes" for game day or fun - I love food

Have you noticed, when ever you go on a diet -your taste are not as picky as when you are free to eat what ever you want. I took a short break from my UHmmm healthy eating habbits and now I am back on again, you know, watching what I eat, how much I eat and so forth. But I was thinking about the super bowl, the food we are going to have [ may have, after all I am the only one on this diet]. I just couldn't help search the internet over to find some very interesting recipes, not only for superbowl game day, but something we could enjoy when ever we wanted. I guess, when you can not have something, you then feel like having it all becuase I am a picky picky eater and there were alot of things I would have never thought of trying, but boy do they all look good to eat. Banana Bites - fun chocolate recipe

Now this is a fun recipe that I can enjoy. This should be fun for the kids - who doesn't like bananas and with the added sweets - this treat should be a family hit. I hope you enjoy this little fun recipe. Can you make a family night more fun and delicious than this... yum! I love Bananas! Banana Bites This light dessert is fun for children to make. It works best with slightly under ripe bananas. You Will Need: 1-2 bananas 4 oz chocolate – milk or plain Dried coconut Chocolate sprinkles Colored sprinkles Makes 6 Banana Bites 1. Peel the banana and trim off the ends. Chop the flesh into 6 bite sized pieces. 2. Break the chocolate into a heat proof bowl. Put the bowl over a pan of hot water, making sure the bottom of the bowl doesn't touch the water and melt the chocolate, stirring occasionally. Leave to cool slightly. 3. Push a straw through the banana, and then drizzle melted chocolate over each piece. (Don't worry if it's not perfect, it will still taste delicious!)

Ok, I admit I am a bit of a finiky eater. I may not try this dish myself and a finiky child may not either. But it does look fun to make and you may find it is one of your favorite dishes. So I will try it if you will.... The whole point of these recipes is to have fun with e kids with food they can make [cook ]. * Use your personal judgment when it comes to children, knives and open flames. It's suppose to be fun so be safe. Apple & Chicken Curry This mildly spicy curry is made with ingredients you can buy at your local supermarket. The apple adds a subtle sweetness to the dish. You Will Need: 1 tbsp canola or sunflower oil 1 onion 1 clove garlic 3 scallions 1 medium apple 1-2 tsp mild curry paste 1 tsp soy sauce 2/3 cup boiling water 2 in piece lemongrass 2 chicken breasts, cubed 3/4 cup frozen peas Salt and pepper Cilantro Sliced lime Boiled jasmine rice to serve Makes 4 servings 1. I ran across this recipe online - I had to share. I love Pizza, I can eat Pizza everyday of my life. When I was in high school, every day after school I would walk home and on my way - I would stop at my favorite pizza shop and have a slice. But like I said - I ran across this and thought - man this sounds delicious!!
