3 delicious "Recipes" for game day or fun - I love food

Have you noticed, when ever you go on a diet -your taste are not as picky as when you are free to eat what ever you want. I took a short break from my UHmmm healthy eating habbits and now I am back on again, you know, watching what I eat, how much I eat and so forth. But I was thinking about the super bowl, the food we are going to have [ may have, after all I am the only one on this diet]. I just couldn't help search the internet over to find some very interesting recipes, not only for superbowl game day, but something we could enjoy when ever we wanted. I guess, when you can not have something, you then feel like having it all becuase I am a picky picky eater and there were alot of things I would have never thought of trying, but boy do they all look good to eat. Peanut Butter Bears - recipe [ family treats ]

Ok, for all you Peanut Butter fanatics - here is a fun recipe for you. I personally can't stand peanut butter, but some of my family loves it - so I can atleast enjoy making it with them. But if you love peanut butter - this should be great for you and your kids to make. Peanut Butter Bears Great for a Teddy Bear's picnic, tea time treat, or birthday party. To make: 20 minutes To chill: 30 minutes You Will Need: 1 1/3 cups Rice Krispies 1/3 cup confectioners' sugar 2 tbsp sesame seeds 1/3 cup smooth peanut butter 3 tbsp unsalted butter To Decorate: 16 chocolate buttons or nonpareils Mini colored candies Black writing icing Makes 8 bears 1. Add and stir. Put the puff-rice cereal in a large bowl and stir in the confectioners' sugar and sesame seeds. 2. Melt and mix. Melt the peanut butter and butter in a pan over a low heat. Pour the mixture into the bowl and stir until everything is well mixed together. 3. Make the patties. Divide the mixture into 8 parts (roughly 2 t

High Cholesterol Diet - too expensive …..

High Cholesterol - 290 level..... when Diagnosed! As a parent I want to live long enough to see my children marry, have grandchildren and have them take care of me for a change. But when I was diagnosed with high cholesterol life pretty much changed for me. Ofcourse by my own choice. I gave up the French fries I love so much at Mcdonalds and cut much of the junk food I ate out. Started having more salads and healthy food - you know the kind that has no taste...... But with gas prices so high and that driving up prices on everything - it’s a bit hard to eat right. Going shopping can cost more than $130 dollars and that’s with out all the extra stuff I normally buy [ treats, candy, chips, food that taste good , etc. ] But I learned that I atleast don’t have to give up going to Mcdonalds. Yep - I may not have the number 1 meal [ Big Mac meal ] but I can have a healthy and tasty alternative - the Snack wrap [ I prefer the chelope BBQ grilled or crispy ] .
