Obama, Stimulus and Stupid ? I was watching the news today and heard the most stupidest idea ever to come from Washington. A plan lead by Obama and supported by most of congress to Bring back the welfare system. Well ok, they don’t call it welfare - but what else is it. A monthly check to the poor is simply just that - a welfare system. A program that is made to actually keep most people in poverty - that’s right you heard me - in poverty. Maybe this is a way to pay back all his voters who wanted change - but apparently just want the same old sh*t we had before that did not work. How do I know - I was a child in the welfare system and I remember very well the nonsense and the mentality that this system created. Welfare never gave you enough money to barely survive on and for any little thing you were penalized. Take for instance the time my mother tried saving $1,000 dollars in the bank. Why Does America have to Lead - why not other countries...? I heard a friend of mine make what I believe was a foolish statement - it went like this " Why Does America has to lead the world - why not let the other countries do it ?" What he was referring in a later comment was - that America acts like it's the only one that knows right from wrong and that people hate us because "we act like the world boss". He may have a point - but my question would be - who then, if not America? Really think about it - we suffered a terrorist attack and we struck back. How many other European countries have suffered terrorist attacks and have taken a massive undertaking to retaliate? Here is another point - no matter if we were right or wrong - we started the war in Iraq and we had the resolve to continue - while other countries started to wane and run in fear. How stupid can they be - they spend the republican debate talking about hillary Clinton. Look, if you were confident in yourself, you would not worry about a candidate that is not even in the debate! All they did was bring up her name and then the news casters bring up her name and it shows that your scared. So now instead of getting your name in the press - the republican candidates helped promote Hillary's name. Instead of coming off as confidant - you showed that your scared of some woman who has not yet even won her candidacy to run for president. Nice move bone heads......
