Ok, what kid atleast wouldn't like to create this delicious fun meal. My kids love all things potato - baked,fries, this should be fun. Potato Mice These baked-potato mice are almost too gorgeous to eat! Makes 4 potato mice. You Will Need: 4 medium baking potatoes 1 tbsp oil 2 tbsp butter Half cup milk Half cup grated cheddar cheese For Decorations: Cherry tomatoes Chives Radishes Raisins Green onions 1. Wash the potatoes and pat them dry. Prick the skins with a fork and put the potatoes on a baking sheet. Brush them all over with oil. Bake the potatoes until they are soft. Medium sized potatoes take about one hour in an oven preheated to 400°F. 2. Cool enough to handle? Then cut off the tops and carefully scoop out the soft potato centers with a spoon. Now this is a fun recipe that I can enjoy. This should be fun for the kids - who doesn't like bananas and with the added sweets - this treat should be a family hit. I hope you enjoy this little fun recipe. Can you make a family night more fun and delicious than this... yum! I love Bananas! Banana Bites This light dessert is fun for children to make. It works best with slightly under ripe bananas. You Will Need: 1-2 bananas 4 oz chocolate – milk or plain Dried coconut Chocolate sprinkles Colored sprinkles Makes 6 Banana Bites 1. Peel the banana and trim off the ends. Chop the flesh into 6 bite sized pieces. 2. Break the chocolate into a heat proof bowl. Put the bowl over a pan of hot water, making sure the bottom of the bowl doesn't touch the water and melt the chocolate, stirring occasionally. Leave to cool slightly. 3. Push a straw through the banana, and then drizzle melted chocolate over each piece. (Don't worry if it's not perfect, it will still taste delicious!)

Look out with this one, you have to have a bit of fun with this one - no down n outers on this dilicious dish. Multicolored Meringues Choose any colors you like, but use food coloring sparingly. To make: 50 minutes To bake: 30-35 minutes (+ 45 minutes cooling in oven) You Will Need: 3 egg whites (medium) 3/4 cups superfine sugar 1/2 tsp cornstarch 1/2 tsp lemon juice Food coloring -- red, green, yellow. Ok, for all you Peanut Butter fanatics - here is a fun recipe for you. I personally can't stand peanut butter, but some of my family loves it - so I can atleast enjoy making it with them. But if you love peanut butter - this should be great for you and your kids to make. Peanut Butter Bears Great for a Teddy Bear's picnic, tea time treat, or birthday party. To make: 20 minutes To chill: 30 minutes You Will Need: 1 1/3 cups Rice Krispies 1/3 cup confectioners' sugar 2 tbsp sesame seeds 1/3 cup smooth peanut butter 3 tbsp unsalted butter To Decorate: 16 chocolate buttons or nonpareils Mini colored candies Black writing icing Makes 8 bears 1.
